Product Overview
Blue Batak is a single-origin Sumatra Arabica lot grown at high altitudes on volcanic soils in North Sumatra. Lots are semi-washed, sun-dried and hand-sorted to deliver a balanced cup with herbal freshness, mild acidity and almond/chocolate undertones. Export lots are moisture-checked, graded and traceable with pre-shipment QC available.
