Toraja Coffee
Toraja coffee comes from the mountainous Tana Toraja region of Sulawesi. Grown at high altitude by highland farmers, it is a premium Indonesian Arabica known for its balance and cleanliness.
Toraja is well-balanced and full-bodied, with ripe fruit, warm spice, and dark chocolate notes over a smooth, rounded acidity.
We export washed and wet-hulled Toraja green beans, a favorite for specialty single-origin coffees and premium blends.
