Product Overview

Flores Grade 1 Green Coffee is cultivated on volcanic soils across the Flores highlands. Harvested by a mix of selective hand-pick and small mechanical harvests, cherries are fully washed, fermented under controlled conditions and sun-dried on raised beds before export grading. The lot delivers consistent roast behavior and a cup profile of citrus brightness balanced by chocolate sweetness and a pronounced body.
