Sumatra Arabica Organic Grade 2 is sourced from highland smallholder farms in central and northern Sumatra. The cup shows characteristic Sumatran earthiness with dark chocolate, warm spice and a subtle herbal layer — excellent for single-origin offerings, blends with body, or specialty organic retail lines.
